Namely, the Committee recognized the bill on amendments to the Law "On State Purchase" (regarding defining of fundamental terms and sphere of application of the law) (Reg. No8772) as such that harmonizes with the European Union Law. The bill simplifies use of the norms of the effective Law in practice with the subjects of the state purchase.
The Committee also recognized as such that harmonizes with the European Union Law the bill on amendments to the Law "On State Purchase" (regarding implementation of the system of state electronic procurements) (Reg. No8633). The bill specifies system of the electronic procurements, implements system of technical equipment, software and organizational measures to perform state purchase at the procedure of electronic reverse auctions.
